Terms of Service

1. The Service

youragent ("we", "us") provides access to large-language-model APIs (including Claude and GPT-series models) through managed channels, operated from Hong Kong. By purchasing credits or using an API key issued by us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & API Keys

• You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. Notify us immediately at contact@your-agent.cc if a key is compromised; we will rotate it.
• Keys may be used across any compatible client or SDK. Per-member keys and usage dashboards are available for teams.

3. Billing

• All usage is metered at the official 1:1 token rate of the upstream provider — no multipliers, no hidden fees. Per-request logs (timestamp, model, token counts, charge) are viewable and exportable from your dashboard.
• Failed requests are not billed.
• We accept cross-border payments, including bank transfer and stablecoins (e.g. USDT/USDC). Invoices suitable for company reimbursement are available.
• No monthly fees, no minimum commitment. Prices are published on the pricing page and may change for future top-ups; credits already purchased keep their purchased value.

4. Refunds

Unused balance is refundable. Submit your account details by email; after reconciling unused credit, we refund via the original payment method. Verification-related refunds: if you top up to run the verification procedure and any check fails on our side, your remaining balance is refunded in full.

5. Service Quality

• Measured API request failure rate is below 0.05%, excluding upstream outages at Anthropic/OpenAI. Channels fail over automatically across pools.
• Zero tolerance on model substitution. Suspected-degradation reports receive a response within 30 minutes during business hours; if the issue is confirmed on our channel side, we credit back the affected usage.
• We support third-party verification of any channel, at any time, without notice.

6. Acceptable Use

• The service is available only to users in regions officially supported by Anthropic and OpenAI (e.g. US, Japan, Singapore). You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
• You must comply with the upstream providers' usage policies (Anthropic Usage Policy, OpenAI Usage Policies). We may suspend keys used for illegal activity or abuse.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

• Upstream model behavior, deprecations, and outages are controlled by the upstream providers; we relay status during upstream incidents but are not liable for them.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
