Data Handling — the part data teams ask about first
- Your content is never used for training. Request and response bodies pass through our channels solely to fulfill your API call.
- Your content is never sold or shared with any party other than the upstream model provider that serves your request.
- Billing and audit logs contain metadata only — timestamp, model, token counts, latency, status. No prompt or completion text is stored in these logs.
- NDA available. Teams processing client data under confidentiality obligations can request a signed NDA before onboarding: contact@your-agent.cc.
What we collect
- Account information: the contact email (and, if provided, company name) you use to purchase and receive keys.
- Usage metadata: per-request timestamp, model, input/output token counts, latency and status — required for billing, the 1:1 rate audit you can run, and abuse prevention.
- Payment references: transaction identifiers needed to reconcile top-ups and process refunds. We do not store card numbers.
Upstream providers
Your requests are fulfilled by upstream model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI). Content transiting to them is subject to their data policies; commercial API traffic is not used for model training per their published API terms.
Retention
- Usage metadata is retained for billing and accounting purposes.
- Account information is retained while your account is active and deleted on request.
Your rights
Email contact@your-agent.cc to access, export, or delete your account data, or to request the NDA/data-handling documentation for procurement.
Security
API keys are transmitted over TLS only. Keys can be rotated immediately on request. Access to operational systems is limited to the engineers who run the channels.
